Allison Ice

Allison Ice is a skilled professional in the metal and jewelry arts field with extensive experience in design, teaching, and drafting. Currently serving as a Custom Sauna Designer & Drafter at Sunlighten since November 2023, Allison also held the position of Metal Arts Instructor at Lawrence Arts Center from August 2020 to January 2025. Previous roles include Computer Aided Design Specialist at KIZER-CUMMINGS JEWELERS, INC. from October 2022 to August 2024, and Faculty Lecturer at The University of Kansas from September 2022 to August 2023, following earlier experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the same institution from August 2019 to June 2022. Allison started the career as a Designer/CAD Technician at Michael Genovese Jewelers from September 2015 to July 2019 and also worked as a Boarding Assistant at Korea International School. Academic qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Metal and Jewelry Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Metalsmithing, both from The University of Kansas.
