Charles Langlois

Charles Langlois is an IT Support Specialist at Sunmark Credit Union since August 2022, with prior experience as a Service Desk Technician at Complete Network and a Windows Administration Intern at NYISO. Charles has a solid background in IT support, having worked in various roles that included managing tickets and calls, analyzing patch reports, and assisting end users in deploying technology solutions. Charles has hands-on experience with Active Directory, Google, M365, Exchange, and Mimecast. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Network & Computer Security from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Hudson Valley Community College. In addition to IT work, Charles has previous experience in grounds maintenance from employment at the Town of Colonie Golf Course.
