Hendrik Struik has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Hendrik currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of SunMed since October 2021. Previously, they held the same positions at Prezio Health and Northfield Medical from February 2017 to October 2021. Prior to that, Hendrik worked as an Operating Partner for Frazier Healthcare Partners from June 2016 to January 2017. Hendrik also served as the Chairman and CEO of Labsco: Laboratory Supply Company from December 2012 to June 2016. Hendrik's leadership journey began at Sarnova, where they served as CEO from March 2009 to January 2012. Before that, they held multiple roles at Cardinal Health, including President of Respiratory and Neurocare from May 2007 to February 2009 and Vice President/General Manager from July 2003 to May 2007.
Hendrik Struik pursued their education in a chronological manner. Hendrik started their academic journey in 1984 by enrolling at Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General. After successfully completing their undergraduate studies in 1988, Hendrik decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of business. From 1991 to 1994, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance and Marketing.
