Joe Parappilly

Joe Parappilly has extensive experience in the energy industry, with their most recent role being the Vice President of Portfolio Management at Sunnova Energy since January 2021. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Risk Management at MP2 Energy LLC, a Shell Energy North America subsidiary, from October 2017 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Strategy, Supply and Risk Management at LifeEnergy LLC from May 2016 to October 2017. Joe also held various director-level positions at Champion Energy Services, Source Power & Gas, and Just Energy. Joe started their career as a Financial Analyst at Entergy in 2002 and has gained experience at other companies such as Shell Trading and KPMG.

Joe Parappilly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance & MIS from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001. Joe then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Energy Risk from Tulane University, which they completed in 2005.
