John Barkis

John Barkis has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. John is currently the Director of Digital Product at Sunnova Energy since 2022. Previously, they worked at Hearsay Systems from 2011 to 2022, where they held multiple positions including Director, Product Management, Director, Professional Services, Team Lead, Implementation Services, Project Manager, Implementation Services, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Salesforce as an Account Executive, Training and Sales Representative from 2007 to 2010. Before joining Salesforce, they served as the Administrative Director at Airline Ambassadors from 2006 to 2007. Overall, John Barkis has a diverse range of experience in product management, professional services, implementation services, customer success, sales, and non-profit administration.

John Barkis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. John further obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
