Ken Rock, PMP is an experienced professional in project management and process improvement, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Process Improvement at Sunnova Energy since October 2023. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Schlumberger as Director and Senior Level Manager, where Ken led a multi-national project management organization focused on new product development and sustaining engineering projects within the oil and gas technology sector. Previous roles at Schlumberger involved directing global engineering and quality teams and managing engineering efforts in the Valve and Measurement Industry. Ken's career also features a role at Waltco Lift Corp. where direction of product planning and innovation was provided for liftgates in the material handling industry. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo and a Six Sigma Black Belt in Process Improvement, along with additional professional development from leading institutions.
