Peggy Fitzgerald

Peggy Fitzgerald serves as the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary at Sunnova Energy since June 2018. Prior to this role, Peggy held positions as Associate General Counsel at Paragon Offshore Limited and Atwood Oceanics, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Corporate Secretary. Peggy's extensive legal experience also includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Helix Energy Solutions Group, Associate General Counsel at Transocean Ltd., and Shareholder at Brewer & Pritchard, P.C. Peggy Fitzgerald earned a JD from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a BA in English Literature from Florida State University.
