Shannon Buffa

Shannon Buffa has extensive experience in the field of Total Rewards, specifically in roles related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Shannon is currently working at Sunnova Energy as the VP of Total Rewards. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Total Rewards at U.S. Xpress, Inc. from March 2022 to June 2023. Before joining U.S. Xpress, they worked at Rent. for over 15 years, starting as the Director of Total Rewards in June 2007 and leaving in March 2022.
