Josh Clark

Josh Clark has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and web development. Josh is currently working as an Engineering Lead at Sunny Day Fund since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Griffin Privacy from January 2018 to July 2019.

From December 2011 to January 2018, Josh worked as a Web Development Consultant, where they redesigned and created content for a home medical services firm using WordPress. Josh also served as an online editor for a quarterly academic magazine and developed responsive themes, custom data structures, and plugins.

Josh worked as an Application Developer at CDI Corporation from March 2015 to January 2017. Here, they supported technical recruitment and payroll applications for multiple Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients. Josh also created a contractor certification and compliance tracking system for Canadian energy companies and performed visual redesigns for web interfaces, as well as spec work for APIs and native mobile apps.

In 2014, Josh briefly worked as a Web Developer at Curvo Labs. Josh also gained experience as a Web Developer at The Ivy Group, Ltd. from December 2008 to September 2011, where they built custom sites, developed themes for WordPress and Drupal, and co-authored a proprietary data management tool for rapid site building.

Before transitioning into software engineering, Josh worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Sheridan Real Estate from 2007 to 2008, where they built and maintained computers and provided troubleshooting support. Josh also had a brief stint as a Web Developer at NAMTI in 2006.

In their early career, Josh worked as a Nightly Operations Technician at The Rockingham Group in 2002. Josh then joined Prime Meridian Software in 1999 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they co-managed a testing team and trained medical personnel to use the software.
