Manish Shah

Manish Shah is an accomplished finance executive with over two decades of experience in financial management and analysis. As the Executive Vice President of Finance at Sunny Hills Management Co., Inc. since April 2003, Manish oversees financial and asset management for a substantial $750+ million real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Manish served as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Paramount Pictures, where responsibilities included global cash planning for $6 billion in annual revenue across multiple business units. Earlier career experience at Benefit Capital Companies involved preparing financial analyses and valuation reports for a range of transactions. Manish holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Sydenham College in Mumbai.
