Suneed Shaikh has a diverse background in operations and logistics. Suneed started their career at Stryker as a Logistics Intern, where they improved processes and analyzed data to optimize inventory and shipping. After that, they joined PepsiCo, initially as a Manufacturing Operations Associate and later as a Supply Chain Operations Associate Supervisor, Warehouse Focus Improvement Supervisor, and Manufacturing Operations Associate Supervisor. In these roles, they led teams and drove efficiencies in warehouse operations, implemented Lean Six Sigma projects, and managed SKU slotting and sequencing within WMS. Suneed then joined Farmer's Fridge as a Production Supervisor, where they managed and grew a production team and collaborated with other teams to overcome operational barriers. Currently, they are serving as the Plant Manager at Sunny Sky Products, where they oversee the plant's operations.
Suneed Shaikh began their education journey in 2009 when they enrolled in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Suneed studied there until 2013. Suneed then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Industry Management at Michigan State University from 2013 to 2017.
Suneed further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2020. Suneed pursued a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management and successfully completed the program in 2022.
In addition to their formal degrees, Suneed also obtained certifications to enhance their skill set. In October 2019, they earned the ServSafe Manager certification from the American National Standards Institute. Furthermore, in May 2022, they obtained their Master's certification from Michigan State University.
