Erin Richards Scholl has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. Erin is currently the Director of Corporate Performance and Business Analytics at Sunnybrook starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ontario Health where they held the positions of Director of Strategic Initiatives, Health System Performance and Support from May 2019 to November 2021, and Interim Director of Performance Management from December 2019 to May 2021.
Before Ontario Health, Erin worked at the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network where they served as Interim Director of Performance Management from February 2019 to December 2019, Manager of Contracts and Performance from January 2018 to February 2019, and Senior Consultant of Performance Management from November 2015 to January 2018. Erin began their career at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto as a Corporate Planning Consultant from September 2010 to October 2015, and as an MBA Intern from May 2010 to August 2010.
Prior to their healthcare career, Erin worked as an Operations Manager at Braemore Neckwear from August 2003 to December 2009. Overall, Erin has significant experience in strategic planning, performance management, and healthcare operations.
Erin Richards Scholl completed their education with an MBA in Health Industry Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Comm. degree in Commerce and Finance, Economics from the University of Toronto in 2003. Erin's preliminary education took place at Havergal College, from 1992 to 1999, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
