Nicole Pinto is an experienced professional in emergency management and disaster response, currently serving as Program Manager (A) for the Ontario Emergency Medical Assistance Team at Sunnybrook, where responsibilities include coordinating medical surge operations and supporting communities in crisis. Previously, Nicole held various leadership roles with the Ontario Association of Emergency Managers, contributing to the Ontario Disaster and Emergency Management Conference and developing strong networks in the field. Additional experience includes consulting for the Ontario Ministry of Health, planning health emergency responses in York Region and Halton Region, and assisting in project management and administrative roles at academic institutions and government agencies. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Disaster and Emergency Management from Royal Roads University, a Professional Certificate in Emergency Management, and a Bachelor of Health Studies from York University.
