Matthew Daly

Matthew Daly has over 25 years of experience in the finance and leasing industry. Matthew currently serves as a board member at Sunnyfield, and previously held the position of Group Executive at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG).

At MMSG, Matthew was responsible for formulating strategic plans, setting sales strategies, and managing the achievement of overall profitability, revenue and expense targets. Matthew also led the negotiation of new partnerships and negotiated and transitioned new business within broad Group guidelines.

Some of Matthew's highlights at MMSG include developing, leading and executing a $MM market-disruptive salary packaging strategy; and realigning the workforce mix to exceed contract commitments and customer expectations.

Other achievements include successfully developing a clear value proposition within the fleet management tier-2 sector, introducing an operational excellence framework creating efficiency and automation in business processes; and increasing overall employee engagement.

Matthew Daly has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, a Computer Studies certification from TAFE NSW, and an Associate Diploma in Health Administration from Mitchell College of Advanced Education.
