Alan Greenwald

Alan Greenwald is an experienced orthopedic surgeon and clinical director specializing in bone health, currently holding the position at Great Falls Clinic since July 2024 and serving as an orthopaedic surgeon at Astria Health since September 2017. With a rich background in general orthopedics and expertise in joint replacement, shoulder arthroscopy, and trauma, Alan has also participated in various leadership roles, including president of the Yakima County Medical Society and the Washington State Orthopedic Association, as well as owning Jefferson Orthopedics. Additionally, Alan has contributed to medical education as an instructor at the Central Washington Family Medicine Residency Program and has served as an oral board examiner for the ABOS. Alan obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed residency training at the San Francisco Combined Orthopedic Residency program.
