Patrick O'Connor

Patrick O'Connor is a pharmacist with extensive experience in pharmacy leadership, currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy at Astria Health since September 2017. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Community Health Systems from January 2014 to August 2017 and at Health Management Associates, Inc. from August 2003 to January 2014. Patrick O'Connor earned a degree from Washington State University between 1989 and 1995.
