MacIej Tubilewicz

Maciej Tubilewicz is a seasoned professional in yacht construction, serving at Sunreef Yachts since January 2014 with progressively responsible roles. As Superyachts Construction Department Manager, Maciej oversees a team of 30 to 45 designers and constructors, coordinating schedules for various materials and supervising yacht design throughout the construction process. Prior positions include Construction Department Leader and Constructor / Composite Designer, where Maciej developed 2D and 3D composite structures for multiple yacht models and managed production documentation. Previous experience includes roles at Club Żak and ShipCon, complemented by a Master's Degree in Construction of Ships and Ocean Engineering Objects, and an Engineer's Degree in Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology.
