Paul Serra

Paul Serra is the Managing Director and CEO of SunRice Group since July 2023, previously serving as Managing Director at Olam Food Ingredients from October 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overall strategic, P&L, and operational accountability for North America. Prior to this, Paul held various influential roles at Campbell Soup Company from January 2015 to October 2020, including Vice President of Business Transformation for Campbell Snacks and Vice President of Supply Chain, overseeing comprehensive supply chain operations. Paul's career began at The Arnott's Group, where a range of operational roles culminated in the position of Plant Operations Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.Hons) from The University of Queensland, completed in December 2000.
