Severina Pascu

Severina Pascu has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the combined company Sunrise UPC since November 16, 2020.

In February 2020, Severina Pascu was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Media.

From September 2018 to February 2020 she was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UPC Switzerland.

Prior to that, Severina Pascu was Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Central Europe, in addition to her role as Managing Director for Liberty Global Central Eastern Europe, which she has held since 2015.

Severina Pascu joined the company in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for UPC Romania and was later appointed CEO - first for Romania and later also for Hungary.

Between 2005 and 2008 she worked as a manager for CAIB in Romania, one of the most important investment banks in Central Europe.

From 2000 to 2005 Severina Pascu was a member of the management of the American cable telecommunications company Metromedia International.

After graduating from the Bucharest Business Academy, she began her career at KPMG in Romania in 1996 and then worked for the company in the UK.
