Teodora Manzat has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Teodora is currently working at Sunrise Communications AG as the Head of Digital Work Place & IT Service Desk, where they are responsible for leading the company's digital service desk and tools. Teodora has successfully orchestrated the migration of 2000 users to 5G HP devices, introduced Microsoft Copilot to optimize collaboration, and implemented an innovative chatbot using OpenAI to improve self-service capabilities. Teodora has also played a significant role in leading multiple charity projects and facilitating the donation of laptops to schools.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Intercultural/Multicultural and Diversity Studies from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès in 2014. In 2013, they completed another Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from West University of Timișoara. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from West University of Timișoara, which they completed from 2009 to 2012.

In terms of certifications, Teodora Manzat holds several Microsoft certifications, including Azure Data Fundamentals, Azure AI Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM and ERP), Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals. Teodora also possesses the MTA: Mobility and Device Fundamentals - Certified 2020 certification. In 2017, they acquired a Cyber Security certificate for Service Work from Huawei Technologies, and in the same year, they obtained the Remote Delivery Certification from the same institution.
