Arly Hernandez, MHA, BS, NCMA, currently serves as the Medical Education Manager at Sunrise Community Health since August 2021, following a role as Program Manager at The National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (NIMAA) from August 2019 to August 2021. Prior experience includes Medical Education Program Manager at Salud Family Health Centers from July 2015 to August 2019 and Surgery Coordinator at SCL Health from February 2011 to July 2015, where responsibilities included managing general and trauma surgeries. Arly began a healthcare career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Salud Family Health Centers from July 2005 to February 2011, gaining extensive clinical experience. Arly holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree from Walden University and has completed a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration from Colorado State University Global. Arly also earned an Associate of Science in Psychology from Aims Community College and a certification as a Medical Assistant from Concorde Career Institute.

We began in 1973 as a migrant health clinic, and today we support the health of over 41,000 low-income individuals and families. With nine clinics in Greeley, Evans, and Loveland and one mobile unit, Sunrise offers comprehensive, quality, and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health services, including on-site laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and patient education services.
