Scott Bowling

Scott Bowling, Psy.D., is a seasoned executive in nonprofit consulting and business development. Currently, Scott serves as the Founder and CEO of TML Solutions Nonprofit Consulting, launched in October 2023, and as the Vice President of Business Development at Sunrise Community, Inc. since December 2022, focusing on strategic planning and revenue optimization. Scott previously held the position of President and CEO at Exceptional Children's Foundation for 23 years, earning the title of CEO Emeritus. Additional leadership roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the Culver City Chamber of Commerce and the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, where Scott was appointed by Governor Brown. Scott holds advanced degrees in psychology from Ryokan College and Pepperdine University, in addition to a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
