Julie Bloom

Julie Bloom is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Sunrise Company and responsible for responsible for supporting and guiding the company’s real estate, construction and country club activities. Her experience spans many different markets including primary home, luxury country club, resort and active adult. She was integral in the launch of Toscana Country Club and the successful relaunch of Andalusia Country Club after Sunrise acquired the community in 2018.

Mrs. Bloom is also a key member of the strategic acquisitions team for Sunrise Company and serves as a member of the Company’s senior management team and provides guidance on strategic vision, corporate communications, technology, market and consumer research, investor relations and data analytics. She previously served as the company’s Vice President of Marketing and Las Vegas Regional Marketing Manager.
