Kimberly Sandifer

Kimberly Sandifer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Chubb Insurance as an Underwriting Unit Manager, overseeing a large book of business. Kimberly then transitioned into HR roles at Chubb Insurance, serving as AVP of Human Resources and later as Central Region - Vice President of Human Resources. In these positions, they were responsible for various HR functions and strategies, including staffing, employee relations, talent management, and compensation. From 2016 to 2018, they joined Ulta Beauty as a Senior HR Manager, leading associate relations and shared services centers of excellence. Kimberly then moved to CNA Insurance, where they worked as an HR Business Partner and later as VP of HR Business Partner, Specialty. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at HALO Branded Solutions, overseeing global HR operations and business partnership.
