Clay Sones

Clay Sones has extensive experience in business development and strategic investment within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Business Development at Sunrise Landscape since June 2022, Sones previously held the position of Special Projects at Blake Investment Partners from January 2018 to December 2021. In this role, Sones led the Special Projects division and collaborated with the Executive Team to develop and implement investment strategies across various asset types, including multifamily, single-family residential, and adaptive reuse commercial properties. Sones also managed business development strategies for several affiliated companies under Blake Investment Partners. Earlier experience includes an acquisitions internship at The Blake Whitney Thompson Company, where Sones conducted due diligence on real estate projects and contributed to acquisition strategies. Sones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2017.
