Joseph D Sirek, MBA, CPPM has a diverse and extensive work experience. Joseph D is currently serving as the Vice President - Maintenance at Sunrise Landscape, starting in October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BrightView Landscapes from 2017 to 2020, where they held various roles including Mergers & Acquisitions and Director of Operations (DOO) - Texas. In these positions, they led post-acquisition integration, performed financial reviews, and oversaw the implementation of KPIs and SOPs for multiple branches.

Before joining BrightView Landscapes, Joseph founded Desert Care Landscape Resources, LLC in 2009 and served as the Vice President/GM until 2017. Joseph D successfully established the company, growing it to 70 employees and $4.5M in annual revenues.

Joseph also has a background in the beverage industry, having worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Coca-Cola Mexico in various account management roles. Joseph D started their career as an intern at Coca-Cola Mexico in 1995.

In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained the certification of Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2020.
