Evan Weber

Evan Weber is a dedicated environmental and community leader with significant experience in renewable energy and political advocacy. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Our Hawai'i since September 2021, Weber focuses on prioritizing local interests in the movement for a sustainable future. In the role of Energy Advisor at the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement, Weber is instrumental in developing renewable energy programs that facilitate energy savings for low-income households. Through Evan Weber Consulting, a consultancy founded in April 2022, Weber provides expertise across various domains including political strategy and renewable energy. Previous roles include Board President and Co-Founder of the Sunrise Movement, where proactive climate action initiatives were advanced, and Policy Fellow at Elemental Excelerator, addressing energy affordability in Hawai‘i. Weber is a Wesleyan University graduate with dual degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies.
