Jason Lange

Jason Lange has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on creating and managing HR shared services. Jason served as the Director of Human Resources at the Sunrise School Division since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director/Trustee at the MB Home Care Benefit & Pension Trust Fund Board from June 2016 to August 2020. From October 2013 to January 2020, Jason served as the Regional Director of Human Resources Shared Services at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, where they created and managed various HR functions. Jason also held positions as Director/Trustee at HEB Manitoba from 2008 to 2016 and at St. Boniface Hospital/UFCW LTD Disability Trust Plan from 2008 to 2015. Jason's earlier experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager at St. Boniface Hospital, where they oversaw various HR operations. Jason began their career as the Compensation Director at Viterra in 1997 and held the position until 2008.

Jason Lange has a Master of Trust Management Standards Designation (MTMS) from IFEBP Canada, an Advanced Trust Management Standards (ATMS) certification and a Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS) certification, also from IFEBP Canada. Jason is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) from CPHR Manitoba and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed.) in Education from the University of Manitoba and a Business Teacher Education Diploma from Red River College Polytechnic.
