Cynthia Reeder

Cynthia Reeder has a diverse work experience in the senior care industry, spanning several roles and companies. Cynthia began their career as a Staff Nurse at California Gardens Nursing Home and Rehabilitation in 1982. Cynthia then moved on to Unlimited Health Services, where they served as the Director of Professional Services for over 17 years, overseeing communication between various healthcare stakeholders and implementing organizational policies and procedures. After that, they worked at Apple Home Health Ltd. as the Director of Marketing and Planning/Partner, establishing Wellness Centers and serving as a liaison to healthcare professionals and patients. In 2012, they took on the role of Nurse Manager at Summerset Assisted Living, where they managed all aspects of resident health and well-being. Finally, they joined Sunrise Senior Living and held the positions of Health Care Coordinator and Senior Resident Care Director for the East Region, responsible for ensuring the overall well-being of residents and providing training and leadership to the clinical team.

Cynthia Reeder obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Xavier University from 1976 to 1980. Prior to that, they attended Cathedral High School from 1972 to 1976. In terms of additional certifications, Cynthia obtained various certifications including being a Registered Professional Nurse in Florida and Georgia, Certified Assisted Living, and Healthcare Provider CPR. Cynthia also has additional certifications such as a Certified Medication Assistant Trainer, Diabetes Educator Course, GS3 Trainer Nursing, Group Training Leader, One on One Trainer, Registered Professional Nurse in North Carolina, and SME Trainer for Sunrise Point Click Care.
