Gillian C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gillian began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Coordinator for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Gillian then worked as an Events Manager at MoMo's Restaurant from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they transitioned to a role in Media Sales and Strategic Partnerships at CUMULUS MEDIA, IHeart Media, Wine by Design & United Business Media. During their time there, they managed strategic partnerships, generated advertising and sponsorship revenue, and consistently met or exceeded sales goals.

In 2017, Gillian joined Sunrise Senior Living as a Director of Sales for their Palo Alto location, where they effectively cultivated relationships with healthcare professionals and developed marketing and growth strategies. Gillian was later promoted to Regional Float Director of Sales, overseeing four senior living communities in Northern and Central California. Gillian achieved the highest regional Net Promoter Score (NPS) and sustained this metric value throughout their service.

In 2020, Gillian joined Home Care Assistance as a Geriatric Case Manager & Business Development Specialist. In this role, they supervised and developed care plans for over 70 active patients, conducted quality assurance visits, and collaborated with the in-home care team to ensure caregiver strengths matched patient needs.

Most recently, in 2022, Gillian returned to Sunrise Senior Living as the Senior Director of Sales.

Gillian C. completed their high school education at Carondelet High School from 1999 to 2003. Gillian then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science at San Diego State University from 2003 to 2007.
