Maddie Lange

Maddie Lange is currently the Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions at Sunrise Senior Living since August 2025. Prior to this role, Maddie served as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Blueprint from November 2020 to August 2025. Experience includes working as a Beverage Cart Manager and Banquet Server at Bishops Bay Country Club from July 2015 to November 2020, along with positions as Front Desk Staff at Flyght Cycle and Fitness For Success, and an Intern at Compass Properties, LLC. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where studies took place from 2017 to 2020, and also attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016-2017, following graduation from Waunakee High School.
