Peggy Farrington

Peggy Farrington is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in senior living and skilled nursing facility management. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living since July 2022, Peggy previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Lyra Group and managed St. Joseph's Rehabilitation & Residence from 2014 to 2021. With a strong background in operations, regulatory compliance, and administration, Peggy has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Piper Shores, ELR Care, and Marshall Rehab/Colliers Rehab. Peggy holds a Master of Public Health from the University of New England, a Master of Health Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maine at Machias.
