Stephen Swartz

Stephen Swartz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as Executive Director at Sunrise Senior Living since May 2023, Stephen focuses on delivering personalized senior living experiences. Prior roles include Vice President and Project Manager at AFC Healthcare Management, where transformational projects were undertaken to unify independent practices, and COO at ROSH Management, LLC, where organizational growth into a multi-state MSO was achieved. Stephen has also held senior positions at WellQor Health & Management, Diagnostic Imaging Group, Regis Corporation, Red Gate Corporation, and Marriott Hotels, demonstrating a strong track record in operations, business development, and customer relations. Education includes an MBA and an Advanced Certificate in Health Care Management from Stony Brook University, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College.
