Deepti Upadhyay

Deepti Upadhyay is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, recruitment, and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Sunrise Soya Foods since July 2023, Deepti has previously held positions at Ingenico as an HR Generalist and Facilities Admin, and at AMMEGA as an HR Manager on a maternity leave contract. Additional experience includes roles at Core Cryolab Inc., SmartCell Communications, and U-Haul Moving and Storage, where responsibilities ranged from administration and customer service to data management and inventory control.
