Ridhi Shashi Kumar is a well-rounded food science professional with a Master's degree in Food Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology from Assumption University of Thailand. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Sunrise Soya Foods since October 2023, Ridhi also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for courses in International Food Laws and Functional Foods at The University of British Columbia. Additional experience includes a Food Science Practicum at Purdys Chocolatier and a research role developing novel plant-based meatball formulations at Assumption University. A background in laboratory experiments and research, including a report on the nutritional qualities of cookies with banana peel flour, showcases Ridhi's strong analytical and scientific skills.
