Michał Walenciak

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, providing training and mentorship for innovation projects across various sectors. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, focusing on self-sovereign finance solutions. Micha has held significant positions at Energy Web, including Chief Innovation Officer and CTO, and has contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge. Additional advisory roles include serving on the Blockchain Advisory Board of the IIB Council and advising PioneerVentures.io. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and other institutions.
