Jon Perea

Jon Perea, CPM®, ARM®, possesses extensive experience in property management and event coordination. From April 2016 to November 2019, Jon served as Property Manager at Capital Growth Properties Inc., overseeing 105 residential units and 12 mixed-use units. Current responsibilities as Community Director at Sunrise Management involve managing a portfolio of 142 multi-family units and 2 private homes. Previous roles include Field Manager and Game Staff for NYC Social, Territory Account Manager at InComm, and Event Manager for CALPHONICS, LLC. Additionally, Jon held the position of Property Manager for luxury properties at Moss & Company Property Management, managing 250 units. Jon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.
