Kelly Bauer

Kelly Bauer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelly is currently the Director of Technology & Business Systems at Sunrise Management since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Founder of Engage Educational Solutions, LLC, where they focused on empowering thinkers, teachers, and learners to bring about positive change through technology and professional development. Kelly also hosted the Meeting This Moment Podcast, exploring essential practices with guests. In 2021, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Innovare - Social Innovation Partners. From 2016 to 2020, they held positions at Gillispie School, including Director of Admission & Enrollment and Director of Technology & Communications. Before that, they worked as the Director of Technology and a Teacher at Manzano Day School. Kelly also had experience as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Real Estate and as a Bilingual Teacher at Irving ISD.

Kelly Bauer completed their M.Ed in Instructional Technology from New Mexico State University in the year 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Spanish and Biology from The University of New Mexico, graduating in 2003. In addition to their degrees, Kelly has also received several certifications. Kelly is a Certified Educator Level 2 from Google, and has completed the Introduction to Data Studio course offered by the same institution. Kelly is also a certified Teacher in Bilingual Education from the New Mexico Public Education Department, as well as a certified Classroom Teacher by the Texas Education Agency.
