Elissa Leppell

Elissa Leppell is currently the Manager of Escalations & Prevention at Sunrun, where they focus on building and empowering teams while ensuring company security. Previously, they served as Command Ombudsman for the US Navy, acting as a liaison between the command and family members, and conducted official training and education. Elissa also held positions at Vivint Solar, Lincoln Military Housing, Northwest Farm Credit Services, and Puget Sound Energy, where they developed skills in customer service, financial assurance, and resolution management.
