Jaxon Junior

Jaxon Junior is an experienced market leader currently working at Sunrun, leading initiatives to promote clean energy across Southern California since May 2025. With over a decade of experience in building high-performing sales organizations, Jaxon previously served as a Senior Partner at Grit Marketing from September 2020 to March 2025, where responsibilities included producing over $200 million in sales and developing new sales strategies. Jaxon also held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Grit Marketing, contributing significantly to client revenue in the company's inaugural year. Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Sales Manager at Greenix, overseeing nearly $9 million in sales in the Midwest, and completing a financial analyst internship at Nilsen Ventures, LLC.
