Emery Goh

Emery Goh has a range of experience in tax planning and accounting. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Deputy Finance Officer at the Ministry of Home Affairs/Singapore Police Force Headquarters. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as an Associate at KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. They then joined EY as a Manager in Transaction Tax from 2010 to 2016. Emery then worked at CFLD International as a Regional Tax Manager from 2017 to 2018. They then joined Deloitte Asia Pacific as a Manager in Tax Services from 2016 to 2019. Following this, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Manager of Tax Accounting - Asia Pacific at Borouge. Currently, Emery is the Head of Tax Planning at EDPR APAC.

Emery Goh obtained a GCE 'O' Level degree from St. Gabriel's Secondary School in 1997. From 1998 to 2001, Emery earned a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Temasek Polytechnic. In 2004, Emery pursued a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), which was completed in 2009. Emery also obtained a Diploma in Taxation from the Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore in 2006 and completed the Executive Tax Programme Level II from the Tax Academy of Singapore in 2009. Emery further enhanced their tax expertise by completing the Executive Tax Programme Level III at the Tax Academy of Singapore in 2014. Emery acquired an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2019. Additionally, Emery received several certifications including ACCA (FCCA), Chartered Accountant of Singapore from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) from Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP), and Accredited Tax Adviser (Income Tax) from SCTP. Emery also completed a Business Chinese Programme from THE OFFICE OF CHINESE LANGUAGE COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL in 2012.
