Filipa Ricciardi

EVP, Client Solutions at Sunseap

Filipa Ricciardi is currently the EVP of Client Solutions at Sunseap. Prior to this, they served as Head of Stakeholders & Corporate Affairs at EDP from May 2019 to March 2022, and as General Manager of Uber Eats Portugal from September 2016 to February 2019. Filipa has also worked as a Manager in the Investment Banking Division – Mergers & Acquisitions at HAITONG (former BESI) from October 2010 to August 2015, where they were responsible for complex financial analysis, transaction and financing structures, and company valuations to support key recommendations for client strategic decisions. Filipa also coordinated multiple work streams simultaneously, working closely with clients, lawyers, accountants, consultants and other investment banks, and executed a wide range of transactions (+USD 20 billion), including buy-side and sell-side mandates for corporates and financial sponsors. Prior to HAITONG, Filipa worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2009 to October 2010.

Filipa Ricciardi studied business administration and management, finance at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and earned their Bachelor's and Master's degree there. Filipa then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD.

Filipa Ricciardi reports to Frank Phuan, Business CEO. Filipa Ricciardi works with Lawrence Wu - CFO, Jeff Lim - Regional & Country Head, Vietnam & Thailand, and Pedro Vasconcelos - COO, APAC–EDPR.
