Sian Dodds has extensive work experience in human resources. Sian started their career as a Personnel Officer at Sainsbury's in 1997 and worked there until 2003. Sian then joined Zodiac Aerospace as a Senior HR Officer for five years before joining Sunseeker International Ltd in 2008. At Sunseeker, they worked their way up from Senior HR Officer to HR Manager and eventually became the HR Director in February 2015.
Sian Dodds holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth, which was completed in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a PGDip in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales between 2006 and 2008. Sian began their educational journey at Cardiff University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General, from 2000 to 2003.
