David James Li

David James Li has worked in the financial services and real estate industries since 2006. Theirfirst role was as a Controller Assistant at Steven Ehrlich Architects in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Grubb & Ellis, and then as a Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Specialist, Loan Servicing Specialist, and Funder/Underwriter at Provident Funding Associates L.P. From 2012 to 2014, they held various roles at Freedom Mortgage, OGI Mortgage Bankers, and Impac Mortgage Corp. as a Loan Closer/Processor, Loan Processor/Post Closing, and Doc Drawer/Funder respectively. In 2015, they began working at DocMagic as a Customer Success Manager. In 2018, they moved to Sunset Equity Funding as an Operations Team Lead and Post Closer. Since 2019, they have been employed as a Loan Processor at Financial Partners Credit Union.

David James Li attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Development Studies.
