Munther Hilal

Munther Hilal has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Munther co-founded Gate Capital and served as the CEO since September 2009. In 2021, they became a Board Advisor and Chief Investment Officer at Sunset Hospitality Group. Munther also joined Emirates Angel Investors Association as a member of the group. In 2020, they served as a Board Member at Abfab Foods. Prior to that, they were the Chief Investment Officer at Unicorn Investment Bank from September 2008 to June 2010. Munther Hilal also founded and served as the CEO of Capital Industries & Investments from March 2006 to August 2008. Munther started their career at The Kanoo Group as the Group General Manager - Business Development from September 2003 to May 2006.

Munther Hilal attended McGill University from 1989 to 1994, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Communications.
