Patrick Noonan

Patrick Noonan has extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the parks and recreation sector. Currently serving as the Compliance and Risk Manager at the Park District of Highland Park since April 2023, Patrick previously held the position of Safety Risk Manager at Cary Park District from May 2015 to April 2023. Earlier in career, Patrick worked as the Building Operation Manager at Windy City Fieldhouse from August 2008 to May 2015. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
