Tony Matzke

Tony Matzke has extensive experience in facilities engineering and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Currently, Tony serves in a facilities engineering role at Kemper Valve & Fittings, a Caterpillar company, since November 2018. Prior to this position, Tony held various roles at Kemper Valve & Fittings Corp. from January 2007 to November 2018, including Maintenance Supervisor—where supervision of a 17-member crew involved maintenance of over 100 CNC lathes and mills—and Lead Maintenance Technician, focusing on critical repairs and equipment design. Tony began the career as a Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Assistant. Earlier experience includes a Service Technician role at American Weathermakers Inc., providing independent diagnosis and repair of heating and cooling systems from March 2004 to July 2007.
