Nikki Greentree

Nikki Greentree has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of People at Sunshine Coast Airport since January 2021, where the focus is on developing key people strategies to enhance business performance and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Nikki managed recruitment and injury management operations at SECUREcorp in Queensland from May 2019 to December 2020. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Generalist at Lake Louise Ski Resort and various recruitment consultant roles at Hays, specializing in finance and trades. Nikki began professional pursuits as a Recruitment Administrator/Receptionist at WorkPac and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
