Krystel Juozapaitis

Krystel Juozapaitis is an experienced leader in data analytics and process improvement, currently serving as Vice President of Data Analytics & Reporting at Sunshine Health since September 2015. Prior roles at Sunshine Health include Senior Director of Business Process Optimization and Director of Operations in Business/Data Analytics and Data Science. Krystel has a proven track record in continuous process improvement, demonstrated through initiatives such as the enhancement of care coordination for medically fragile children. Prior to Sunshine Health, Krystel held notable positions at Hertz Corporation, where project management skills were honed as Manager of Six Sigma Projects, and at Sur La Table, managing a high-performing store. Early career experience at Starbucks Coffee Company focused on training and process efficiency. Krystel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.
