Alicia Durand

Alicia Durand is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as Senior Account Director at Sunshine Sachs since July 2021, Alicia previously worked as a Publicist for the Tribeca Film Festival at Tribeca Enterprises and held the role of Senior Director of Strategic Communications at Sesame Workshop, where responsibilities included overseeing publicity and promotional production partnerships after a rapid progression through the company. As Co-Founder and Music Blogger for Crushing Vinyl, Alicia focused on live music events in New York City, fostering relationships within the music industry. Earlier experience includes working as a Special Projects Production Assistant at FOX 2 Detroit, where topic identification and organization for news segments were key tasks. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism & Public Relations, Communications, and Applied Theater from Eastern Michigan University.
